- How long can my message be?
Up to 2 minutes long on our Monthly Plans.
One credit per 30 seconds, on our Pay-As-You-Go plan (see table below).

- Can I launch a call without going online?
Absolutely! Just call 866.623.7525 & follow the prompts. Calls go out immediately. Make sure to save your contact list online first.
- How does a voice message survey work?
Choose this option if you would like to ask your group a question. Your message will include the question you would like to ask along with the available responses (press *1, *2, *3, *4 etc…) The person you're calling will be able to press a key on their phone as a response, and we'll report back you which key they pressed.

Delivery FAQ:
- Do you charge for calls that aren’t delivered?
No. If you are on a pay-per-call pricing plan, only calls that are answered by a live person or that leave a voicemail message will count against your credit balance. If you purchase a monthly plan, you can make unlimited calls.
- Do you have an API to integrate with?

- Do I have to use my own Caller ID?
No. We offer a toll free “message playback” number – 877-565-8456. When a recipient calls this number it will play back your last message.
