Many of you know that we pride ourselves on answering the phone in person and not sending you into a voicemail system. We have been working with a skeleton crew this week, so it's been hard to keep up - especially when our skeleton crew is playing hockey in the parking lot! Here in Dallas we have had ice and snow this week-- so far today it is up to 6 inches!! Maybe this isn't much for y'all up in the north, but that's a lot here in Texas!
