Integration Update: AkkenCloud Enhancement

Call-Em-All is thrilled to announce its enhanced integration with AkkenCloud, one of the top staffing and recruiting software solutions. Call-Em-All has had an integration with AkkenCloud in the past, but these enhancements create a fresh environment, where new value can be found from the ground up.

Today, staffing firms have a huge focus on texting, both with mass text messaging services and text conversations. AkkenCloud understands the benefits of texting and wanted to ensure that their customers had the most up to date features available to them. With SMS texting you can quickly and simply notify people of job openings, announce shift changes, request missing timesheets and more.

AkkenCloud users can still create mass text messages or voice broadcasts to lists of candidates from within the software. You can send a voice broadcast, text broadcast, or combination of both to as many associates as needed without limitations on the size of your group.

The biggest improvement is in bringing Text Conversations to AkkenCloud, as well.

Now, when a user goes to a candidate profile in AkkenCloud, Call-Em-All Conversations appear within the profile, so you can easily see a history of your text conversations with the individual, without having to navigate away. Plus, if that associate needs a response from you, you can click reply and type a message directly back to them.

From the associate’s point of view, they are texting directly with their recruiter, and are able to find their new job easily right from their phone. Communication is a seamless experience.
