Today, Call-Em-All is announcing our first price increase since we began business in 2005. This increase will affect just 15% of our monthly subscription accounts - there is no change to our pay-as-you-go pricing. It's important to us that our customers understand why we've made this decision. Over the past 14 years, Call-Em-All has worked to solve the specific communication needs of organizations looking to message large groups of contacts. We've seen technology shift from calling to texting, added countless improvements to our product, maintained a focus on customer experience, and built a fantastic workplace with a unique culture --- it's been a wonderful win-win journey together.


Specifically, any monthly users that have a group size larger than 300 will see their pricing change. If your group size is 300 or smaller, your monthly pricing will not change

As a reminder, the monthly plan is for users that use our service frequently and send broadcasts to the same group of numbers. Our monthly plan is unique because we are one of the only messaging providers, with calling and texting, that allows you to send unlimited messages to your group.


This pricing change has already gone into effect and is visible on our website for new accounts. For existing customers, the new pricing will go into effect on Tuesday, October 1st. If you change your current group size prior to October 1st, you'll see the new pricing.


We value the relationships we've established with our customers and strive to create a service that is reliable, affordable, and above all, win-win. Two primary changes have occurred: 1) calling has shifted to texting, which carries a higher cost, and 2) we've added many new features and enhancements to our platform over the years. As a result of these changes, some of our monthly tiers have lost the win-win balance we're striving for. Therefore, group sizes above 300 phone numbers have been updated and some group size tiers consolidated.

Texting for businesses is still relatively new, and the technology can be confusing. Short-codes, long-codes, RCS, toll-free texting, SPAM, opt-ins, opt-outs, FCC rules --- all of these make navigating service providers difficult and complicated.

At Call-Em-All, we're experts in message delivery, and we don't want you to have to worry about the technology that makes it happen. Tell us what to say, who to message, and when to say it -- it's that simple. Our commitment to you is that we'll continue to monitor and adapt to changes in technology - so you don't have to.

In the meantime, you can look forward to new features like browser notifications and a mobile app to better manage conversations.
