• What’s included with a free account?

  When you create a free account with Text-Em-All, we'll create an account on our "Credits" plan so you can explore most features. Your account will include sample broadcast messages so you can get an idea of how the service works. We’ll also give you 25 free credits if you want to send a voice broadcast.

• Does my account ever expire?

  Never! When you create a free account, it’s yours forever. You won’t be able to do much once your free credits run out, but if you need a few days (or months) to think about whether you want to upgrade, that’s fine. Take your time.

• How do I upgrade my free account?

  Once you decide we’re a good fit, simply click the “upgrade” button in the application. You’ll be prompted to choose a pricing plan to upgrade your account. You can learn more about our pricing plans here.

   

• How do I cancel my account?

  No action is required on your part to cancel your account—you’ll never be billed if you don’t upgrade. If you have a monthly subscription and want us to stop your billing, simply let us know or pause your account in the application.

• What is a sales or marketing message?

  A sales or marketing message is any communication designed to promote a product, service, or brand. These messages aim to encourage purchases or financial gain. At Text-Em-All, our focus is on facilitating essential and meaningful communications. Therefore, we do not permit the use of our platform for sending sales or marketing messages. This policy helps us ensure that all messages sent via Text-Em-All are relevant, respectful, and in line with our commitment to responsible messaging.

• What is a political message?

  A political message is any communication aimed at influencing the actions, policies, or decisions of government, political leaders, or the public. It can include messages soliciting votes, supporting a political campaign, or discussing political issues. At Text-Em-All, we're committed to maintaining neutrality and do not permit the use of our platform for sending political messages. This helps us ensure our service remains a reliable and impartial communication tool for all our users.

• What is a fundraising message?

  A fundraising message is any communication sent with the intention of soliciting donations or financial support. These messages are often used by organizations to gather funds for various causes or projects. At Text-Em-All, we support responsible and ethical fundraising efforts. That's why we allow fundraising messages only from registered 501(c)(3) organizations. This ensures that the funds raised are for legitimate, non-profit purposes, contributing to the greater good. If you're part of a 501(c)(3) organization and looking to spread the word about your cause, we're here to help you connect with your supporters effectively and efficiently!

• What is consent?

  Do not use Text-Em-All to send messages to phone numbers that were not given directly to you or your organization. This includes third-party lists and/or debt collection.

• What are personal or verification messages?

  Text-Em-All is intended for business use. Accounts will be closed when opened by students trying to communicate with friends or parents. Text-Em-All blocks inbound number verifications for WhatsApp, CashApp, and other services; attempting this will result in account suspension.
