The Red Cross depends on volunteers to respond to a call for help and they depend on Call-Em-All to make those calls. Recovery organizers are able to easily create phone blasts to update responders about the plan of action. Organizers can also continually update volunteers as the recovery effort continues and additional resources are required. Call-Em-All lessens the Red Cross's administrative burden so they can better focus on what matters most.
The BBB works to create trust in the marketplace. They act as an intermediary between customers and businesses in hopes of resolving issues reported by consumers. The BBB encourages responses from businesses when a complaint is received. However, keeping in touch can be frustrating. Call-Em-All allows the BBB to send out notifications to businesses that have outstanding unanswered complaints and alert them about a possible ratings drop.
The 'Y' is an inclusive organization which strives to work together with all to create opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive. YMCAs across the United States use Call-Em-All to reach out to members and the community about youth sports, area events, camps, and reminders. The ability to reach so many is why Call-Em-All is used by the YMCA; allowing the focus to be on the kids and the community and the ability to learn, grow and thrive.
People to People provides an opportunity for delegations of students to spend their summer as foreign ambassadors. Delegation leaders, who are all volunteer teachers, need to be able to easily update their students prior to departure with deadlines and reminders about tasks needing to be completed. Once the delegation has embarked on their journey, leaders are able to use Call-Em-All to phone updates to parents regarding safe arrival.
