Call-Em-All Announces Q2 2019 New Hires

Our culture makes us unique, but so does the fact that we've been profitable every year while sustaining a healthy level of growth. In fact, we've been growing so much that we've added on three new members to the Call-Em-All family! We're excited to introduce you to Sam, Megan, & Jared as an official part of the Customer Experience, Marketing, & Account Management teams. 

SAM STOKES is crushing it as an addition to our Customer Experience team. 

As a customer experience champion, Sam is responsible for ensuring that the customer has a great experience while using Call-Em-All's service. He wears a lot of hats to do his job well. One minute he might be providing technical support, the next he might be testing for quality assurance, and the next he might be in a meeting with engineers acting as the voice of the customer to ensure their experience is also taken into consideration.

Q: If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?

A: "Davy Crockett. I'd like to see some Texas hero's through his eyes.

Q: What fictional place would you most like to visit?

A: "Somewhere in Lord of the Rings...Rivendell"

MEGAN RENINGER is trending as our new  Digital Marketing Analyst.

As part of the marketing team, Megan is focused on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and building a community of followers by developing and implementing the overall social media strategy at Call-Em-All. She also contributes to content development and the overall digital marketing strategy by seeking innovative growth opportunities.

Q: What are you currently watching on Netflix?

A: "A lot! I just finished Versailles for the second time. The Rain, Stranger Things, The Crown, Black Mirror, and The Ozarks."

Q: What's the best advice you were ever given?

A: "Walk slow and drink lots of water."

JARED OLFERS hit the ground running as the Head of Client & Partner Relationships.

Jared is responsible for enhancing, cultivating, and building client relationships. This includes leading and mentoring the account management team to ensure Call-Em-All's clients are receiving timely and quality service while making sure they are getting the most benefit out of our products. He is also responsible for partner relationships to make sure we are identifying and integrating with the right software partners to make our client experience more seamless and successful.

Q: What's your secret talent that no one knows about?

A: "I can make some mean chocolate chip pancake on Saturday mornings."

Q: Who is your least favorite superhero?

A: "Batman because I don't even really think he had a power. He couldn't fly...He's not Superman strong...I guess he'd use his fists..."
