Tuesday Tips: Monthly Plan on Hold

If you are in an organization that is currently using the monthly plan and do not broadcast automated  messages over the summer, you can put your plan on hold.

You can do this by going to My Account.

Select Put Subscription on Hold under Monthly Subscription on the right of the page.


You can also set a specific date to reactivate.  That way, you can make calls whenever your season starts and will not need to reactivate your subscription. It's one less thing to mark off your long To-Do list at the beginning of the season!

Press Submit once you're done!
